We want to change the procedures on our provider’s routing slip. How can we change the routing slip?

To setup or change the routing slip procedures:

Click the word “Setup” and choose the “Providers” and “Provider Setup New” options from the drop-down box
Select the desired provider
Click the Edit button
Select the “Routing Slip” tab
Enter the desired changes
Click the Save button
