The updated statement date is an action the user must perform. Due to the locking of the account
information upon the action, the user should execute the task only when the account statements
are confirmed by the office to be correct.
Access the statement generation screen by clicking the word “Reports” and choose the
“Statements” option.
To lock the data for those Responsible Parties who have received a statement and insert the
“Statement Sent - $X.XX” line in those ledgers, click the Update Statement Dates button.
