- Access the Scheduler window.
- From the Scheduler menu select the Call List option on the menu.
- Input the date range for the missed and cancelled appointments.
- Select cancelled and/or missed appointments and select Search.
- When the list of missed and/or cancelled appointments populates, select the one you wish to reschedule and select the Reschedule button.
