- Access the Scheduler window.
- From the Scheduler menu, select Find Apt from the menu list.
- In the Search Text field, type the appropriate information according to the “Search Options” criteria selected. Ensure the desired “Appointment Type” options are checked.
- Select the appropriate date range.
- Click the Search button.
- A list of patients who match the criteria will appear in the lower portion of the screen. Single click the desired patient to highlight the choice, and select the “Reschedule” to proceed.
- That will bring you to the Re-Schedule Selected Appointment screen where you can select the criteria and use the Find Slot button to search for available appointments that match your set criteria.
- Select the appointment and select Reschedule to place the appointment into that block.
