If the provider’s schedule does not appear, Denticon usually discovers that a “right now” schedule is not entered.
Denticon has an Effective Schedule feature that we recommend in this scenario.
In order for the effective schedule feature to properly perform for the office, the provider’s setup must have:
- a “right now” schedule
- an “effective on a future date” schedule
To input an effective schedule:
- Click the word “Setup“ and choose the “Providers” and “Provider Setup" options from the drop-down list
- Select the desired provider
- Click the Edit button
- Schedule Tab
- Select the desired office location
- Click the Add New Schedule button
- Click the calendar date-picker icon
- Select the date for which the different schedule will be effective
- Input the hours per day
- Add
- Click the Save button
All effective schedules are indicated in the screen, per effective date.
NOTE: In order to see a provider’s schedule, there must be a “right now” schedule. If the provider is not yet working in the office, the “right now” schedule should be blank hours in each of the day periods.
