As the schedule template is specific to the individual provider, the watermark template may be added and edited within the provider setup section, on the Patient Window. The watermarked template allows the office to understand the provider's desired "block schedule" for the day's preferred patient appointment types.
- Click the word “Setup”
- Choose the “Provider” and “Provider Setup ” options from the drop-down box
- Click the provider’s name
- Click the Edit button
- Access the provider's production schedule on the "Watermark" tab
To edit an existing watermark:
- Ensure the office location is selected
- Select the appropriate operatory and Effective Date for schedule if applicable
- Double-click the existing watermark
- In the popup window, indicate the desired changes
- Click the Save button to save the individual watermark’s changes
- Enter any additional watermark changes to the provider’s per-office setup
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen to save all the changes
To add a new watermark:
- Select the appropriate operatory
- Single left-click the desired start for the desired weekday (the columns are arranged Monday through Sunday, left to right)
- Holding the left mouse button down, drag the highlight for the desired length of time
- In the popup window, indicate the desired changes
- Click the Save button to save the individual watermark’s changes
- Enter any additional watermark changes to the provider’s per-office setup
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen to save all the changes
Refresh the Schedule Window by clicking the word command “Scheduler” or by clicking the Scheduler icon
