We recorded several items in our patient’s restorative charting, but now don’t see some of the things. What could be wrong?

The restorative charting screen will graphically show the last recorded information which is drawable.

If several restorative charting items are “drawn” for the same tooth location, only the last graphic item will be drawn.

Example, in time sequence in the following images:

pre-existing restorations for tooth 25 (which would show the restorations drawn)
new deciduous dentition drawn (which would show only a full deciduous dentition, with no restorations drawn)
new permanent dentition drawn (which would show only a full permanent dentition, with no restorations drawn)

If a restorative charting item is incorrectly selected, the items should be individually removed:

single left-click the entry
click the Delete button
