By default, when multiple email signatures exist within XVWeb, the email signature positioned at the top of the email signatures list will be automatically applied when utilizing the Export > Email tool.
If you would prefer to have a specific signature always apply to emailed records, or you have multiple locations in XVWeb and would like each location to automatically apply their respective email signature, please refer to the steps below:
- Log into XVWeb as a user with Admin privileges.
Verify the location you'd like to set a default email signature for is selected from the Locations drop-down.
Navigate to Settings > Location Settings.
Click the drop-down menu under Default Email Signature, then select the email signature you'd like to set as the location's default email signature.
Click Save.
The selected Default Email Signature will now be applied automatically when emailing images via Export > Email from the location you had specified in step 2. Repeat steps 1-5 for each Location you would like to specify a default email signature for.
