When Querying for images, if an image shows up in one operatory but, not all, it may be that the image is still saved locally and has not forwarded to the cloud (XVWeb)
You will want to open XVCapture and query for a patient's images.
From here you will have a list of Study exams.
Note: make sure to query both local and XVWeb like so:
If you get a study with a computer icon on the left-hand side, it means it was found in the local storage path specified.
If you get a study with a globe icon on the left-hand side, it means it was found in the cloud storage (XVWeb)
In the event you have an image saved locally, you will want to open the exam and use Image Operations to assign it to forward.
Once complete, you can query and find the image in XVWeb
If the study exam is in XVWeb then every other operatory using XVCapture should be able to query for it. If not, submit a support ticket for support to help troubleshoot further.
