-> Apteryx Online Capture Layouts
The pre-defined layouts below should be used by users who utilize Apteryx Online Capture as their capture application, and do not use XVCapture. These layouts contain instance numbers to control the shot order of images within Apteryx Online Capture, and thus should not be used by XVCapture users as doing so can cause images taken using XVCapture to appear in the wrong tiles.
If needing to verify tooth associations and modality prior to download, and the preview image is illegible, please right-click on the image and choose "Open image in new tab" to review the full-size image.

Installation Instructions (XVCapture)
NOTE: XVCapture layouts are installation specific. If local installations of XVCapture are in use, the below steps will need to be repeated per workstation. If a server installation of XVCapture is in use, the below steps should be followed once on the server.
- Download the layout(s) you'd like to add to XVCapture using the links contained in the XVCapture Layouts drop-down above
-
Navigate to XVCapture's root folder (where XVCapture.exe or XrayVisionDCV.exe runs from), and double-click the Bin folder
- This folder can be easily navigated to by right-clicking your XVCapture desktop shortcut and selecting Open File Location from the context menu, or by navigating directly to C:\Apteryx\XVCapture\Bin within File Explorer.
- Drag-and-drop the downloaded layout files (file extension of .Progression) into the Bin folder
- If prompted to replace and overwrite files, click "yes"
-
Launch XVCapture normally and begin a capture sequence - the layout you have imported into the Bin folder will be available within the Layout Selection window.
- If XVCapture is locally installed per workstation, repeat the above steps per workstation.
