Why is the button missing?
This can happen due to corrupted configurations. The configurations can become corrupt when a sudden loss of power or an unexpected crash occurs at the station.
How do I fix this?
- Open XVCapture/Dentiray Capture
- Select Advanced User Tools on the bottom left of the window
- Select Preferences
- Input "AKRON" without quotations
- Look for and select Image Forwarding on the left hand side of the window
- Make sure to match the settings in the below screenshot
- Hit OK/SAVE and yes to all prompts until you are back to the main menu
- Forward Images should now appear.
