Corrupted Configurations
For a Server Install Share: The stations that are affected are using both public and private configurations, this means that you must perform the changes in the above article links at each station.
For a Local Station Installation: The affected station is also using both public and private configurations, this means that you must perform the changes in the above article links.
Why Does This Matter?
Applying the above article's changes to the stations will alleviate the issue and restore full productivity to the stations. However, there is the possibility that other settings may have become corrupt and it should be reviewed by an Apteryx Technician to ensure those settings are not affecting Image Capture workflows.
