If your team needs copies of charts from previous dates of service, this guide will assist you to find the charts you are looking for.
Question 1: I need a copy of a prior date of service's Restorative Chart for insurance. Where can I find this?
Answer:
Please access the Restorative Chart (Charting > Advanced Charting menu's Restorative Charts tab) and select from the menu that reads "View Current Chart". If you select one of the provided dates, then you will be able to see the chart as it was on that day of service.
Question 1: I need a copy of a prior date of service's Perio Chart for insurance. Where can I find this?
Answer:
Please access the Perio Chart (Charting > Advanced Charting menu's Perio Charts tab) and select from the menu that reads "Date of Service". If you select one of the provided dates, then you will be able to see the chart as it was on that day of service.
Question 3: Am I able to add a previously missing Perio Chart from before an extraction?
Answer:
Denticon does not allow for the addition of a Perio Chart to be added before for a previous procedure, ex. extraction, with the original setup of the mouth. Please be sure to keep all records up to date each time the patient is seen. While some items can be backdated, like the exam date, if an extract took place, you will not be able to add a chart with the original teeth in place.
