Introduction:
This guide is for users who have a Denticon office in their Practice Group that wishes to no longer have Automated Campaign messages sent on their behalf but wish to keep the subscription as a whole.
Process description:
- Access the menu for Office Setup
- Select the Advanced tab
- Remove the Automated Campaign date
- Access the Automated Campaigns module
- Access the Mailing List
- Remove the OID from all mailing lists
- Access the Dashboard and inactivate any campaigns that were solely for the office you'd like to inactivate.

- You will need the following permissions in one of your User Groups under Group Membership in the Setup > Security > Users menu for this process:
- Setup - Office Screen Full Control
- Utilities - Automated Campaigns Ad-hoc Campaign Management
- Utilities - Automated Campaigns Appointment Campaign Management
- Utilities - Automated Campaigns Dashboard Full Control
- Utilities - Automated Campaigns Mailing List Management
- Utilities - Automated Campaigns Patient Care Campaign Management
- Utilities - Automated Campaigns Recurring Campaign Management
- Utilities - Automated Campaigns Template Management
Step-by-step instructions:
- From the My Page screen in Denticon, access the dropdown menu for Setup > Offices > Office Setup.
- Select the Advanced tab and press the Edit button.
- Remove the Automated Campaign date and press Save to confirm.
- Access the dropdown menu for Utilities to select the options for Launch > Automated Campaigns.
- On the left side of the module, access the icon for the Mailing List screen.
- Remove the OID from all mailing lists by clicking the titles of applicable mailing lists, pressing Edit Mailing List, and then press Select. Click the OID of the office you wish to remove, the press the left arrow [<] on screen to remove it. Press Apply, then Save and Confirm to make the selection effective.
- Access the Dashboard icon on the left side of the Automated Campaigns module and inactivate any campaigns that were solely for the office you'd like by clicking the title of of the campaign and changing the Active status to Inactive. Then Press Save and Confirm to apply the selection. Repeat as need for each Campaign and Tab of the Dashboard.
