The default admin account in Apteryx is meant to create user logins for staff use. Listed below are the steps for creating non-admin users for general Apteryx use.

- Log into the Apteryx site as an admin
- Click on the username in the upper right of the page
- Select Users in the dropdown menu
- Click on New User on the left side of the page
- Fill in the Create User form on the right of the page and toggle the appropriate Privileges for the intended user
- Click Create, repeat from step 5 as necessary, then click Close
