If a user notices a message displaying "Capture Station [PCNAME] is unmapped. Please map the capture station to a location" when viewing a patient's images in Apteryx, this is to notify the user the images they are viewing were captured on a workstation that is not yet mapped to a location in Apteryx. This is an intended feature, as properly mapped workstations are necessary for both AI and Location Management functions to work correctly. This message is not an error, and does not affect Apteryx's functionality.

To map the workstation to a location and clear the message, please refer to the steps below:
- Log in to Apteryx with an Admin-privileged Apteryx account
- View images taken by the unassigned capture station
- Click on the message when it displays to open the Location Management menu
- Select "Capture Stations" from the top-left corner
- Check the box next to the Capture Station that was displayed in the pop-up message
Note: You can query the capture station name for convenience. - Click "Change Location," Then select the physical office location the workstation belongs to. If only one location exists or the exact location does not exist, submit a Support ticket to our team for assistance.
