Description:
The fee schedule on the patient overview screen is the fee schedule that is assigned directly to the patient chart. This fee is used if no other insurance or provider-based fee schedule applies for this procedure for this patient.
Technical specifications:
In order to be assigned to the patient on the patient overview screen the fee schedule type needs to be set to "Office".
Additional information:
- Once a fee schedule has been created the fee schedule type cannot be changed. A new fee schedule will need to be entered with the correct fee schedule type.
- The Patient Overview screen lets me select an “Office” fee schedule. I’ve got a patient that needs to use a fee schedule from an insurance carrier. How does that work?
