Introduction:
The Appointment Time Stamps report allows you to track the movement of the patient from when they are marked as in reception until the time that they are checked out. The report will provide time stamps for when the patient was marked as in reception, marked as available, marked as in operatory, and then checked out. This report will also calculate the time the patient spent waiting, the total time to move from reception to the operatory, as well as the total time the patient was in the operatory.
Process description:
To run the report you'll need to go to the Appointment Reports menu and select the Appointment Time Stamps report.
Prerequisites:
In order to run the report, users will need the following security rights:
- Reports-Appointment Reports Screen-Full Control
Step-by-step instructions:
- Go to Reports>Appointment Reports.
- Select the option for the Appointment Time Stamps report.
- Set the criteria for office, providers, and date range.
- Click the "Print/Preview" button.
