Introduction:
Denticon offers an appointment details report that can be used to review how many appointments were scheduled during a given date range. While the Executive Summary and Patients Seen report will provide you with how many patients were seen in a date range, they will not consider missed or cancelled appointments. The appointment details report will consider missed appointments and can also be ran to include cancelled appointments, giving you the full picture of how many appointments were scheduled for that month. This report will also provide information about the patients' insurance carrier(s) and procedure codes attached to the appointment.
Process description:
Users will need to navigate to the Appointment Reports screen and run an Appointment Detail report.

Users will need the following security rights to run the report:

Step-by-step instructions:
- Go to Reports>Appointment Reports.
- Select the option for the Appointment Detail report.
- Set your date range for the month.
- Make sure to select the option to include cancelled appointments.
