Process description:
Sometimes, the office may change locations and need to update what populates on Box #56 on ADA claim forms. This guide will walk you through how this is done.
Prerequisites:
Your user account has Group Membership for a Group with the Permissions for Setup - Office Screen Full Control.
Step-by-step instructions:
- Access the Setup > Offices > Office Setup dropdown menu.
- Select your desired office (OID) using the Search feature on the left.
- Make sure the Info tab is selected and then press the Edit button.
- Update the fields for Treating Address and Treating City, State, Zip and then press Save to confirm.
- Claims will now print with the corrected information in Box #56!

Tips and best practices:
This setting changes the office address globally, so be sure that nothing else needs to be done or submitted with this address before changing it. (Ex. Check with any team members who touch claims that all claims under your old address have been completed.)
