This error indicates that contracts were created in the previous TSYS payment system and the payments are submitting as TSYS format over to Open Edge. Open Edge is expecting a specific format when receiving the payment, but is receiving the TSYS format.
When an office convert to Open Edge from TSYS, Open Edge will convert existing TSYS recurring payment plans.
