Online Patient Registration – Patient Signatures for HIPAA, Notices of Privacy, and Consent Forms
- Setup > Offices > Office Setup
- Select an Office
- Click the Advanced tab
- Edit Office
- Patient Check-in Options
- 3 form options may be selected but are not all required
- Save
When a Patient accesses your Online Registration link, they will now see a 'Consents' Menu option to review. Once the patient is added the additional consent form will save in the Patient Notes within the Online Registration PDF file.
Note: Consent forms can be sent to your existing patients via the Patient Menu, Email or Text message as well.
