After submitting a claim, users can resubmit with select procedures. This applies to both claim statuses, Sent or Closed.
From the Patient Ledger
- Click on the Date next to the claim to view the claim details.
- When viewing the details of a submitted claim, checkboxes will appear next to each procedure
- All the boxes will be marked by default
- Keep the checkmark next to the procedure(s) that should be resubmitted
- Click Reprint or Recreate E-Claim
A note will be added on the ledger next to claim for the user to hove the mouse over the 'N' and review.
