Access the Patient Account, click on Primary. Add the new insurance.
If a patient’s insurance is changed and there are open claims, Denticon will now alert users that there
are open claims and give the user a prompt to resubmit with the new insurance if needed.
An icon will be displayed on the patient overview to indicate that the new insurance has not been billed.
Users can click on this icon to rebill.
Note: Open claims with partial payments from the previous insurance will not be listed for rebilling
