There are 2 options to scan documents in Progress Notes.
Option 1:
When selecting the “Scan” icon from the navigation bar in a patient’s record, there is an option to save the attachment directly into a progress note. The progress note will then be available to edit for your detailed notes.
Option 2:
Users can scan and attach documents directly from and into Progress Notes. The Scan button is
located below the Notes field area. Clicking on the button will prompt the software for your scanner.
After scanning and saving, the attachment is now part of the Progress Note.
