Administrators can update a user’s Default Navigation search to ‘Responsible Party’ when searching account records.
To accomplish this, the administrator will go to:
- Setup > Security > Users > Select a user > click User Settings Tab > Edit
- Change “Default Search By” to “Responsible Party”
- Click “Save
