Administrators may update the Office Setup to “Include Inactive Patients” by default when searching for patients.
- Click Setup
- Security
- Users
- Select the desired user
- Click the User Settings Tab
- Click the Edit Button
- Check the box “Include Inactive Patients”
- Click Save
Note: Only applicable for Advanced Search options via Patient / Search Patient
