How to Setup Clinical AI in Denticon

Introduction:
A new feature is available in Denticon that allows you to quickly review AI opportunities for the patients in the schedule for a given date. A new page has been added that presents a list view of all scheduled patients along with an indication of whether that patient has any AI findings. A user can select a patient to see details of the AI findings along with details about the selected appointment.

Process description:
Users will need to setup Clinical AI in their account setup, as well as the office setup. Offices can also setup an icon for the Clinical AI tool in Denticon's custom toolbar. 

Prerequisites:

• Users must have the necessary rights to make changes to the account setup, office setup, and toolbar setup. 
  • Setup-Account Screen Full Control
  • Setup-Office Screen Full Control
  • Setup- Setup Security Custom Toolbar Screen Full Control
• Office must be using XVWEB and Pearl.
• The setup for this feature requires details that will be provided by Pearl. A representative from PlanetDDS will assist in obtaining the required information.

Step-by-step instructions:

To setup the account configuration:

1. Navigate to Setup>Account Info.
2. Enter in data for the fields Organization ID, Client ID, and Client Secret Key. 

To setup the office configuration:

1. Navigate to Setup>Offices>Office Setup>Integration
2. In order for the AI feature to be enabled for an office, at least one of the Imaging System entries must have XVWeb selected. If XVWeb is not present in any of the Imaging System selections then this AI checkbox will be hidden.
3. In the Clinical AI section, check the box to enable clinical AI. Hovering over the information icon will provide information regarding the date and time the last overnight job was ran, once feature is enabled. 

To setup the toolbar icon (optional):

1. Navigate to Setup>Custom Toolbar
2. Click the "Edit Toolbar" button
3. Select the icon for Clinical AI under the "Available Functions" section
4. Click the right facing arrow to assign the icon to the toolbar.
