TSYS / TransFirst advises Denticon:
A combination keyboard/reader device might work, and there are different types of readers available. Some of those combination units may require special drivers for an integration to work.
TSYS / TransFirst currently deploys only individual USB readers. Therefore, TSYS / TransFirst is not able to provide support nor advice for a combination unit.
The dental office can acquire a keyboard/reader combination which has a keyboard emulating card-reading device. Theoretically, the combination unit should work. Neither TSYS / TransFirst nor Denticon would be able to provide the office any technical support on this unit.
