We have patients who have missed or cancelled appointments. Some of them have rescheduled, but others have not. How do we know who needs to be rescheduled?

A good way to identify and clear out missed and cancelled appointments is through the call list from the Appointment window:

• From the “Scheduler” menu select the “Call List” option from the drop-down list.
• Enter the date range for the search
• Indicate other desired criterion
• Click the Search button
• A listing of the matching appointments will appear at the bottom of the screen
• If an appointment has been rescheduled or a new appointment has been made for the patient, there will not be an entry for that patient’s previously missed or cancelled appointment on this screen.
• To view the appointments that have been removed from the call list, place a checkmark at the box “Show Off Call List.”
• Click the Search button
• A listing of the matching appointments will appear at the bottom of the screen
