A good way to identify and clear out missed and cancelled appointments is through the call list from the Appointment window:
- From the “Scheduler” menu select the “Call List” option from the drop-down list.
- Enter the date range for the search
- Indicate other desired criterion
- Click the Search button
- A listing of the matching appointments will appear at the bottom of the screen
- If an appointment has been rescheduled or a new appointment has been made for the patient, there will not be an entry for that patient’s previously missed or cancelled appointment on this screen.
- To view the appointments that have been removed from the call list, place a checkmark at the box “Show Off Call List.”
- Click the Search button
- A listing of the matching appointments will appear at the bottom of the screen
