Access the patient’s record. Delete the claim by clicking on the claim date to access the Dental Insurance Claim screen. Click the Delete Claim button, and confirm the deletion.
If the patient information needs amending, Edit the necessary information from the Patient Overview screen.
If the subscriber information needs amending, access the appropriate Primary or Secondary insurance screen. Change the necessary information, and click the Save button.
Re-access the patient ledger and re-select the treatment items to be claimed by placing a check mark in the “Prn” box. Click the Create Claim button and re-process the claim.
