From the Patient Overview screen, enter the patient’s insurance information by clicking the appropriate insurance plan (Primary or Secondary). Complete the necessary information to add an insurance plan to the patient.
Access the patient’s ledger. Click on the individual treatment date to access the Edit Treatment screen. Click the Advanced… button.
In the Billing Order field, select “Dental”. Click the Save button.
Access the Patient Ledger. Ensure a check mark is indicated in the “Prn” box. Click the Create Claim button and process the claim.
