Denticon usually discovers this issue when:
- an office converts to Denticon from Eaglesoft
- a computer which formerly used Eaglesoft is now accessing Denticon
The problem is caused by Eaglesoft’s “DCOMCNFG” setting.
To correct:
- Click the Windows “Start” button in the lower left corner of the screen
- Select the “Run” option
- Input "dcomcnf" (no quotation marks)
- Click the Enter key on the keyboard
- Double-click on “Computers”
- Right click on "My Computer"
- Select "Properties"
- Select the "Default Properties" tab
- Change the Default Authentication Level to "Connect"
- Click the “Apply” button
- Click the “Save” button
