Issue description:
The screen error message means that the user has closed the Patient Window without using the "Logout" link.
When Denticon hears of this screen error message, we usually discover that the user has probably clicked the red/white X to close the Patient window.
The error message generated if you have closed the main page but attempted to access anything within or from the Scheduler will read as follows: "The main Denticon window has been closed by a user action, so the chart information cannot be shown. To view the chart information please close this window and login again."
Basic troubleshooting steps:
The Scheduler Window has no place to locate the desired information because the Patient window ("main page" or "My Page") is not open on the user's computer. To continue working in Denticon, the user should:
- click the red/white X on the Scheduler Window to close the Scheduler
- re-login to Denticon
- re-establish both the Patient Window and the Scheduler Window
- refrain from clicking the red/white X to close the Patient and/or Scheduler Window
