To understand the Responsible Party accounts which have a credit balance:

Click the word “Reports” and choose"Monthly Reports”
Select the appropriate report:
- For a dental practice with only one office location – select the “Aging Report” report
- For a dental practice which has multiple office locations, and wishes to generate the report for only the Responsible Party accounts within the active office location – select the “Aging Report by Home Office” report.
Place a checkmark in the “Show only Credit Balances” box
Click the button
