The red box icon on an appointment indicates the two-character code for the Responsible Party.
The "NU" for "Needs Update" usually indicates that the Responsible Party information has not been updated to a more meaningful account classification. The NU most likely occurs from a converted account.
The office should:
- Right-click the appointment to obtain a selection list
- From the selection list, choose “Patient Overview”
- Click the Edit button in the "Responsible Party" section
- Choose a more meaningful account classification
- Save
- Re-access the Scheduler Window
The appointment will reflect the newly chosen two-character code for the Responsible Party.
