Dependent upon the scheduler view, the provider color or the production color will show.
Each provider is assigned a unique color. This allows the user to easily distinguish the provider of an appointment on the scheduler.
o To set the provider color, click the word “Setup” and choose the “Providers” and “Provider Setup” options from the drop-down box.
o Select the desired user.
o Click the Edit button.
o Indicate the desired color in the “Scheduler Color” field.
o Click the Save button.
An appointment may be indicated a production value, which is assigned a unique color.
o To set the production color, click the word “Setup” and choose the “Miscellaneous Setups” option from the drop-down box.
o Select “Scheduler Production Type.”
o Click the Edit button.
o In the “Production Color” field, indicate the desired color.
o In the “Description” field, indicate the desired text of the production type.
o Click the Add button.
o Click the Save button
