We have the credit cards processing feature activated in one location. We need a different TSYS / TransFirst credit card processing account active in the additional location. How can we do this?

The office should contact TSYS / TransFirst to apply for and obtain a new credit card processing account for the additional location.

When the TSYS / TransFirst processing account is approved by TSYS / TransFirst, the TSYS / TransFirst team will work with the office to implement the credit card processing integration.

The TSYS / TransFirst team will train the office regarding the usage of the TSYS / TransFirst features within the Denticon program.

NOTE: The office is not active for processing credit card transactions through TSYS / TransFirst when TSYS / TransFirst simply approves the office’s financial account.

The necessary activation numbers must be implemented by TSYS / TransFirst into the office’s Denticon account before the office is active to process credit card transactions through TSYS / TransFirst. Only after the activation is completed will the feature become available for the office.
