Denticon defines an insurance plan to require three specific components:

dental insurance carrier
employer name
group number

Locating a dental insurance carrier in the carrier list does not guarantee the existence of an insurance plan.

If the desired insurance plan cannot be located via the plan search, the insurance plan must be entered into the insurance plan database.
