I’m trying to delete a claim but the delete button is not active, it’s grayed out. Why can’t I delete the claim?

If you see a button in Denticon grayed out, it often indicates that you do not have the security right to perform that function.

To delete a claim, you must have the "Transaction-Delete Insurance Claims" security right in the security group you're a part of.
