When setting up age limitations in insurance plans, which age should be input in the frequency limitation screen?

The age limitation is the upper end of the indicated year. That is, the insurance carrier will consider payment through the age indicated in the insurance plan setup.
Examples:

• if the insurance limits coverage through age 15, the “age limitation” should indicate “15” in the field
• if the insurance limits coverage to age 15, the “age limitation” should indicate “14” in the field
