Three options –
(1) Click the word “Charting” and choose the desired chart option from the drop-down box – Advanced Charting, Restorative Chart or Perio Chart
(2) For Advanced Charting, click the folder with a tooth icon in the picture toolbar
(3) For Perio Chart, click the crown tooth with measurements icon in the picture toolbar
When the Restorative Chart is active, to switch to the Perio Chart click the Perio button.
When the Perio Chart is active, to switch to the Restorative Chart click the Restorative Charting button.
When either the Patient Chart or the Perio Chart is active, to switch to clinical notes section, click the Progress Notes button. The Progress Notes window appears on top of the open restorative or perio chart (whichever is active).
