To mark a treatment planned facial veneer, on the graphic restorative chart:
- Click the facial surface of the desired tooth
- Click the “Restoration” button
- Select the “Veneers” option
- Select the desired procedure code
- Click the “Add Procedure” button
To draw properly, the veneer procedure code must be properly setup:
- Chart Category = Restoration
- Tooth Area = Surface/s (Ex: M, O, OD etc.)
- Draw Chart As = Crown/Roots/Specified Surface/s
- Requires Tooth #
- Requires Surface
- No. of Surf. Reqd. = 1
- No. of Surf. Reqd. = 1
- Materials = Veneer
- Default Material = Veneer
- Select Tooth Numbers = maxillary anterior teeth (6-11, C-H)
- Within the “Setup / Account Info” screen, the “Charting Option” field must indicate “Tiled Interface”
