Office Names

• Our organization has a corporate name, to where all our correspondence (payments, mailings, etc) need to go. Our offices have location names. How can I indicate our location name on correspondence while showing the corporate address?
• Our practice has multiple office locations. Can I indicate on patient records which office the patient has activity (treatment, payments, appointments)?
