Our practice has multiple office locations. Can I indicate on patient records which office the patient has activity (treatment, payments, appointments)?

To ensure the short “codename” for the office:

• Click the word “Setup” and “Offices”
• Click Office Setup option from the drop-down list
• Select the desired office location
• Click the Edit Office button
• Within the “Short ID” field, input an identifying code (limit 6 characters)
• Click the Save button
