If there needs to be a different name that appears on correspondence, ensure the desired name is entered in the field “Correspondence Name.”
Note: The Correspondence Name should not be a staff person’s name, rather it should reflect the office entity.
- Click the word “Setup” and “Offices”
- Click Office Setup option from the drop-down list
- Select the desired office location
- Click the Statement Tab
- Click the Edit Office button
- Review/Change Correspondence Name field
- Save
