Troubleshooting Transaction Entry

  • A provider is not showing up for selection on the Transaction Entry screen, but they are active and assigned to the office. Why are they not available for selection.
  • We are trying to change the fee for a service from the appointment window. When we post the appointment, the updated fee does not show in the ledger. Why?
