The Denticon Customer Care Team utilizes a ticketing based support system. This means that support tickets are created by the user and submitted to Denticon's Customer Care Team for review and response. This gives the user full control of documenting the issue they are reporting, submitting appropriate contact information for whom Denticon Support should be reaching out to to assist with the issue, and allows for a dialog of all work done to resolve this issue to be permanently recorded and made available to the user for future reference via our Help Portal. This system also prevents users from needing to sit on hold or leave phone messages in attempts to reach support.
How to reach Support?
In Denticon - Browse to Help>Get Help - This will launch the Help Portal
In the Help Portal - Select "Submit Ticket"
How to follow up on a support ticket already submitted?
In Denticon - Browse to Help> Get Help - This will launch the Help Portal
Select your name in the upper right hand corner
Select "My Activities"
