Regular Contract - Cancel contract - add the cancel contract charges to ledger.

When a user cancels or delete an incomplete contract, right now we just delete the contract. We never adjust off the remaining amount from ledger for the pending contract. This causes issues with allocation in ledger. We leave it to the user to adjust off the balance in ledger

1. An alert will be shown “The contract is incomplete with remaining amount of XXXX. Cancel Contract adjustments will be posted to ledger. Are you sure you want to Delete? (Yes = Ok, No = Cancel)“.
   Here, XXXX indicates the remaining amount (Remaining amount = Total Plan amount - Down Payment - #posted installments * periodic charge).

2. The remaining amount will be posted in the Ledger as adjustment with Code ACCAD

3. Users will not be able to delete this adjustment from the Ledger. In the Edit screen, the warning message will be “This contract auto adjustment was added to due to a deleted (incomplete) contract. This auto adjustment cannot be deleted.“.

4. If the contract is complete, no alert message will be shown when deleting the contract and no adjustment will be posted after deletion.

Set the provider assigned to an orthodontic visit as the provider that shows up on the Periodic Ortho Treatment Visit in the Ledger

When we post an orthodontic visit we assign the provider that preformed the service. After the orthodontic visit is posted it generates a Periodic Orthodontic Treatment Visit D8670 in the patient ledger. When this transaction is posted in the ledger, it uses the provider on the account and not the provider that did the orthodontic visit.

• Initially, the value of the ADA Category should be empty

• The value of the code is not case sensitive, meaning “D0125Z” and “d0125z” are the same

• The following error message and update ADA category with empty value if the given code does not belong to any valid ADA category or remain empty,

  • Procedure code must be 5 to 10 chars in length and be within defined ADA Category(see Misc.Setups -> ADA Categories).

  • Patient-> Add New Patient -> Quick Save (Button)

  • Patient-> Add New Member-> Add Recall Information-> Finish (Button)

• The Quick Save, Save and Finish button will be disabled after the first click and only one patient will be created at a time.

• Under this ticket, we will do the following in Sprint-87.

  • We will develop an utility tool to automate the SP changes

  • We will spend the rest of the sprint times on the estimated ledger archiving items.

• We will analyze the remaining ledger archiving items in sprint-87(QA) and implement those in sprint 88 under ledger archiving phase II
