Preferred Language:

1. Added to all non-EHR locations in Setup->Misc setup for ALL PGIDs.

   

2. Add this in Patient information, Add new patient, Patient registration screens. Default to English.

• Preferred Language should be shown on the following PDFs

• f the user does not select Preferred language or select Declined to Specify, in the view page and pdf, an empty value should be shown

• Preferred language will be updated for Linked Ortho/GP Patient.

1. List Office Short ID as Home office in popup of matches (multiple patient select pup-up) in old and new Medical History screens.

2. Instead of having the bell alert show in a random office, use the following order of appearance:

• There is an issue on Sec Ins SubID in the existing Patient Header which is always null. We have fixed this issue on the new regular patient header

2. Ledger Archiving is scheduled between Jan 7 2022 - Jan 17th 2022

Project Overview

1. Capture Delta change for large tables

   • Data Sync:

     • Mid-Atlantic / DCA - We are going to sync only Delta - Total duration has been improved by more than 4x (used to take 1 hour, now takes 10-15 mins)

     • BCP Clients: -

       1. Dentalytics Enterprise - We are going to sync only Delta - Total duration has been improved by more than 2x (used to takes 1 hour, now takes 30 mins)

       2. BCP Client data: We are going to send archived dataset once a month, every Saturday. This will reduce huge data transfer and duration (e.g. if 1 GB file, now it will 300 MB)

2. Data Archiving:

   • Progress notes - Completed on 11/20/2021 - ~85% dataset archived

   • Patient notes - Completed on 11/20/2021 - ~85% dataset archived

   • Audit Trail - Completed on 11/20/2021- ~60% dataset archived

   • Treatment Plan - Completed on 12/11/2021- ~50% data set archived

   • Ledger - Planned (Jan 7 - Jan 17th 2022) - ~70% dataset will be archived
